A Message from the Admin Team

Dear Families,

At our school, we believe that consistent attendance is key to student success. Every day in the classroom brings new learning opportunities, and being present helps students stay on track with their academic progress.

We understand that life can be busy, but we encourage you to prioritize school attendance as much as possible.

At home, there are simple ways to support your child’s learning journey, such as setting aside time for homework, ensuring they get enough sleep, and fostering a positive attitude towards school.

Together, we can help your child thrive both in the classroom and at home. Thank you for your continued support!!

What's happening around The Meadow
Hispanic Heritage Month

Hispanic Heritage Month

Wolf Meadow is excited to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month all month long!

We will conclude our celebration with our DLI classes leading us in a school-wide parade on October 15th.

Students are encouraged to wear clothing or bring an item that represents their culture as we honor and celebrate the rich traditions, history, and contributions of Hispanic heritage on October 15th.

Did you know that Wolf Meadow is proud to have many amazing educators from all over the world! Stay tuned as we share more about these educators in future editions of The Meadow Message!
2nd Grade Windsocks

STEM Day

Each grade level spent our recent half day diving into hands-on science fun.

From creating windsocks, to sculpting islands, to designing prosthetic hands, our students had the chance to explore, build, and imagine in exciting new ways.

It was such a fun and engaging day of learning—our Wolves truly showed off their creativity and curiosity!

Attendance Spirit Week

The Meadow is kicking off another outstanding week with an Attendance Matters Spirit Week!

OPM: Being Present and Giving Others My Attention

Our school community will focus on the Other People Mindset of Being present and giving others my attention. This means when we are with other people, we are present and give them our full attention.

In today's world, it's easy to get distracted by phone calls, messages, and social media. These distractions can pull us away from what's most important — our relationships with other people.

Just as plants need sunlight to grow, our relationships need attention. If we don’t give our full attention when we are with our family, friends, and even colleagues, we can't build strong relationships. It’s crucial to put down our phones and tablets and really listen when others are talking. Positive relationships are the foundation of a positive culture, and we can’t build positive relationships without attention.

To practice and encourage the Other People Mindset of being present and giving others our attention, please visit The Positivity Project’s mobile-friendly P2 for Families (available in English and Spanish), where you will watch a video together and discuss a quote and three questions. Below are links to this week’s P2 for Families lessons. Click on the grade level that best meets your child’s needs.

Box Tops for Education

Welcome back to a new school year! My name is Norma Robinson and I'm our school's Box Tops for Education Coordinator. Box Tops for Education is a program that gives money to schools for their family’s participation just by purchasing products and scanning the receipt in the Box Tops App.

Our 2025-2026 goal is $500.00

Here's how you can help:
Download the Box Tops App today and start scanning – I promise, it is a super easy task to get used to. Just download the mobile app using the QR Code you see. Register, use Referral Code WQRA61F6, and select 386481 Wolf Meadow Elementary School as your supporting school.

BUY Box Tops products, SCAN your receipt with the Box Tops app within 14 days of purchase and EARN cash with every Box Tops product you buy. Each time you shop (mostly groceries), scan your receipt and if you’ve purchased any participating products, the app will automatically add Box Tops to our school’s earnings AND you can track our school’s progress in real time.

Remember to SPREAD THE WORD to family, friends, co-workers, & neighbors to SIGN UP for the Box Tops app, use Referral Code WQRA61F6, and SCAN those grocery receipts.

Check the app for bonuses offered. You'll earn Bonus Box Tops for our school when you take advantage of any of the Bonus Offers you see in the app! If you shop online & get an email receipt, just forward your e-receipt to receipts@boxtops4education.com thru the app and you will get credit.

Turn on notifications in your Box Tops app to get scan reminders and stay updated on special offers, new products, and opportunities to earn for our school. Go to your Communications Settings by tapping on the person icon in the upper-right corner of the app.
Let's work together to give our students what they need to succeed — and see how much we can earn this year!
