A Message from the Admin Team

We are excited to share some great news about transportation at Wolf Meadow! Many of our students have now received their bus passes, and with the addition of an extra bus driver, we are hopeful that there will be fewer late buses in the mornings and afternoons. Thank you for your patience as we worked through the first few weeks of the year—our transportation systems are running much more smoothly now.

Important Car Rider Update: Thanks to more students riding the bus, our car rider line will now end at 3:20 PM.

Please be sure to arrive before 3:20 to pick up your child. Our line has been moving much faster, and last week we saw it clear out more quickly each day. While there may occasionally be delays, most afternoons should move efficiently. Remember—if you arrive after 3:20, you will need to park and come into the front office to sign your child out.

We are looking forward to another great week at The Meadow and can’t wait to see all of our families this Thursday from 5:30–7:00 PM for Curriculum Night!

Curriculum Night

Join us this Thursday, September 5th, from 5:30–7:00 PM for Curriculum Night at The Meadow! We invite all of our families to come enjoy pizza and an evening of learning.

Our teachers will be sharing what your child will be learning this year and how you can stay connected through ParentSquare, PTO, and more. This is a wonderful opportunity to get a deeper understanding of the exciting learning happening in your child’s classroom. We can’t wait to see you there!

Positivity Project

Teamwork

This week, our school is focusing on the character strength of Teamwork. Teamwork means working well with others as part of a group. It involves being loyal, reliable, and dedicated to helping your team reach its goals.

People who are strong in teamwork desire to help all group members succeed, committing time and resources to the group's shared goals. Sometimes, this means setting aside personal achievements to ensure the team does well as a whole. By doing this, they create positive feelings and help form a strong bond among group members.

Being a good teammate benefits everyone. When students work together, they feel proud of being part of something bigger than themselves.

To practice and encourage the character strength of teamwork at home, please visit The Positivity Project’s mobile-friendly P2 for Families (available in English and Spanish), where you will watch a video together and discuss a quote and three questions. Below are links to this week’s P2 for Families lessons. Click on the grade level that best meets your child’s needs.

Thank you for your support!

Attendance Awareness Month

Did you know that being at school every day is one of the most important ways your child can learn and grow? Consistent attendance helps students build strong routines, stay on track with learning, and develop important habits for success.

We understand that sickness and appointments may arise, and absences are sometimes unavoidable. When your child is absent, please don’t forget to complete our Absence Request Form, which goes directly to our data manager. This helps us keep accurate records and stay connected with your family.

Let’s work together to make every day count!

Box Tops for Education

Welcome back to a new school year! My name is Norma Robinson and I'm our school's Box Tops for Education Coordinator. Box Tops for Education is a program that gives money to schools for their family’s participation just by purchasing products and scanning the receipt in the Box Tops App.

Our 2025-2026 goal is $500.00

Here's how you can help:
Download the Box Tops App today and start scanning – I promise, it is a super easy task to get used to. Just download the mobile app using the QR Code you see. Register, use Referral Code WQRA61F6, and select 386481 Wolf Meadow Elementary School as your supporting school.

BUY Box Tops products, SCAN your receipt with the Box Tops app within 14 days of purchase and EARN cash with every Box Tops product you buy. Each time you shop (mostly groceries), scan your receipt and if you’ve purchased any participating products, the app will automatically add Box Tops to our school’s earnings AND you can track our school’s progress in real time.

Remember to SPREAD THE WORD to family, friends, co-workers, & neighbors to SIGN UP for the Box Tops app, use Referral Code WQRA61F6, and SCAN those grocery receipts.

Check the app for bonuses offered. You'll earn Bonus Box Tops for our school when you take advantage of any of the Bonus Offers you see in the app! If you shop online & get an email receipt, just forward your e-receipt to receipts@boxtops4education.com thru the app and you will get credit.

Turn on notifications in your Box Tops app to get scan reminders and stay updated on special offers, new products, and opportunities to earn for our school. Go to your Communications Settings by tapping on the person icon in the upper-right corner of the app.
Let's work together to give our students what they need to succeed — and see how much we can earn this year!
